  • Frozen whole turkeys: Vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness, available for flexible scheduling. Sizes range from 8–20 pounds.

  • Heritage turkeys: Raised on pasture with slower growth for deeper flavor and firmer texture. Limited quantities—reserve early.

  • Free-range, responsibly raised birds: Balanced flavor profile with sustainable farming practices.

Ordering and Pickup

  • Preorder recommended: Limited supply, especially for heritage and larger birds. Place orders by early December to secure preferred size and type.

  • Pickup windows: Clearly scheduled pickup days the week before Christmas and on select days during the holiday week. Exact dates and times will be provided at checkout.

  • Delivery: Local delivery available for a fee within our service area. Delivery bookings require advance notice.
